Credit Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing data, and streamlining the AR process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer queries and provide advice and guidance.
  2. Liaise with third-party providers regarding billings and payments.
  3. Set up payment plans and review direct debits.
  4. Ensure accurate pricing data is uploaded to the system.
  5. Identify at-risk accounts and provide reconciliation breakdowns.
  6. Assist with reporting performance for sales and targets.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  1. Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
  2. Process mapping experience.
  3. Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
  4. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  5. Demonstrable experience in business support and reporting.
  6. Proven experience in collections (B2B or B2C).

This is a hybrid position working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours and great company benefits.
