Apprentice Credit Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing data, and streamlining the AR process.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and provide advice and guidance.
- Liaise with third-party providers regarding billings and payments.
- Set up payment plans and review direct debits.
- Ensure accurate pricing data is uploaded to the system.
- Identify at-risk accounts and provide reconciliation breakdowns.
- Assist with reporting performance for sales and targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulations at all times.
- Confident user of Excel and MS Office.
- Process mapping experience.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Demonstrable experience in business support and reporting.
- Proven experience in collections (B2B or B2C).
This is a hybrid position working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours and great company benefits.
