Senior Accountant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with their accounting and tax needs.

Job Purpose
  • Prepare and review financial statements for a diverse range of clients.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their accounting and tax requirements are met.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee the workflow of junior staff.
  • Prepare personal and corporation tax computations, including tax returns and liabilities.
  • Work closely with senior team members to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Requirements
  • ACCA or ACA qualified or part qualified with previous experience within practice.
  • A proven track record of working with clients within practice.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software, including Sage, QuickBooks and Xero.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills.
