Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Partnerships Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and organisations, facilitating collaboration, and supporting the college to achieve its strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Training Needs Advisors and Skills Advisors
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team success
  • Collaborate with academic departments to develop and implement training initiatives
  • Manage, monitor, and report on key contracts
  • Allocate resources effectively and make data-driven improvements

Requirements:
