Human Resources Coordinator

Reed is seeking an HR Administrator to provide essential support across various HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise Excel to produce reports, analyse, and clean data.
* Support the probation period process, including sending reminders to managers and producing monthly trackers for escalation to the HR Generalist.
* Assist with general day-to-day HR queries and keep staff notifications up-to-date on notice boards.
* Collaborate with the HR Manager to review and draft HR letters, forms, and templates.
* Handle occupational health referrals in conjunction with the HR Generalist.
* Take notes during meetings and other HR sessions.
* Support the HR Generalist with managing employee benefits.
* Assist with HR projects, particularly those involving the use of ADP and Microsoft platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Excel, ADP, and Outlook.
