Permanent Futures is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee the quality management system of our client, an industry-leading OEM in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead audits.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.
- Lead audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to drive quality standards up.
- Manage quality technicians and provide guidance on quality procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification to HND or degree level, a minimum of five years' experience in a quality role, and previous experience of leading audits. They will be a confident and articulate communicator, comfortable training staff at all levels and reporting to senior management.
