Job Title: Junior Desktop Support Engineer**Role Overview:**
As a Junior Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide first-line technical support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. You will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring optimal system performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support to users via remote access.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of desktop computers and peripherals.
- Document and track all support incidents and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Attend client sites as required to provide on-site support.
**Qualifications:**

- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
