About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Engineer to join our team at Systematix. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Provide end-user support, resolve technical issues, and offer technical assistance for all Operating System and workstation applications.
  • Perform system upgrades, including the installation of new hardware and software.
  • Coordinate requirements for lab/logistic machines.
  • Develop user guides.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in CIS Hardening, Quest software, Cofense email security, DPP, and MacOS.
  • Strong analytical skills, good judgment, and follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science is preferred.
