The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Creative Director to lead our game development team. As a Creative Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the creative vision for our games, working closely with our Product Manager, Producer, and other Directors to ensure the quality and success of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Vision: Develop and execute the creative vision for our games, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and train our creative staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
• Game Development: Oversee the development of our games, ensuring that they're delivered on time and within budget.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the games industry, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including design, art, programming, and marketing, to ensure that our games meet the needs of our players.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in game development.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professionals.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the games industry, including the latest trends and innovations.
• Game Development: Experience with game development pipelines, including pre-production, production, and live operations.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, art, programming, and marketing.
