Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our international SEO initiatives in EU markets, focusing on our Bwin and Party brands. As Head of International SEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to increase organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and target relevant search queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a robust backlink strategy, including outreach, link acquisition, and relationship building with authoritative websites.
  • Lead content creation efforts for blogs and websites, ensuring high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging SEO practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and manage the SEO team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Proven people management experience, with a focus on leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-brand budgets on a significant scale.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
