Building Materials Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Building Materials Sales Representative to join our team at CV-Library. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in building materials / construction / commercial projects sales, with a strong understanding of the commercial projects sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our business in the commercial projects sector. You will also promote our products through formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple levels within the commercial industry. You will also have a proven track record of business development and account management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales: Create short- and long-term sales plans to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, and interior cladding.
- Business Development: Promote organization's products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within project management database.
- Business Intelligence: Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Akg Surfaces Products, the proper application and specification requirements along with fabrication and installation process.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on experience.
