Senior Care Manager

Creative Support is a pioneering organization that provides innovative care services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Manager to lead our new Chorley ABI Service.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational leadership for the service throughout mobilization and ongoing delivery. This will involve working closely with the tenant, his family, and the team to ensure the excellent delivery of high-quality support.
A key priority will be ensuring the best quality of life for the tenant, which includes service planning, leading the team, and working collaboratively with external partners. The role requires a person-centred approach, passion, and motivation to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with complex needs.
Requirements- Prior experience in social care, particularly in supporting individuals with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage and deploy staff effectively to meet the needs of service users
- Relevant social care qualification (RNLD, BASW, DipSW Diploma Level 5) and clean driving license
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days' leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
