Key Responsibilities- Reporting to the Director of Construction, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring that all team members meet their requirements, plan and complete works on budget, program, and complete all Quality Assurance and Health and Safety requirements.
- Establish and coordinate project budgets, cost plans, and construction quantities with the Quantity Surveyors.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Attend regular general site and specific works package/contractor meetings and control works.
- Manage variations and changes across all works packages with the Cost Management team.
- Oversee all aspects of project budget, program, and quality/H&S through to completion of works and closure of all work packages.
- Experience on electrical projects is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and full use of Microsoft suite.
- The use of Microsoft Project is desirable, but training can be provided.
- Previous experience of managing large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
- A full British driving license is essential.
