In this role, Real-Time Information Specialists collect and report sports data directly from venues or offices. This includes goals, fouls, baskets, etc., depending on the sport covered.

The compensation scheme for this position is based on performance and experience, with Experience Points increasing over time and contributing to higher monthly payments. Ticket expenses are reimbursed, as are travel costs, according to journey length and mode of transport.

Successful candidates should be punctual, professional, honest, attentive to detail, and possess strong communication skills. Additional requirements include the ability to communicate effectively in English even in stressful situations, familiarity with English sport-specific terminology, availability to regularly attend games, especially on weekends, and proficiency in information technology.

We offer thorough training by the Operations Training Team to equip new staff members with the necessary skills. Prior to taking up this role, a successful candidate will need to complete detailed training comprising self-learning videos, instructor-led sessions, and quizzes. This process typically takes around 20 hours, depending on the specific role.
