About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and networking with potential candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Utilise platforms like LinkedIn and other channels to source and network with potential candidates, headhunting those who are suitable for client vacancies.
  • Advertising and Marketing Vacancies: Draft and place engaging job adverts across various channels, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Interview and Selection Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organising interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.
  • Performance and Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed personalised KPIs and financial targets, taking full control over your earning potential and career progression while reviewing and improving recruitment policies to enhance effectiveness.
