About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Utilise various platforms and channels to source and network with potential candidates, identifying those who are suitable for client vacancies.
  • Advertising and Marketing Vacancies: Create engaging job adverts across multiple channels, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Interview and Selection Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organising interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.
  • Negotiation and Finalisation: Negotiate salaries and terms of business with clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement, and finalise placement details to secure successful hires.
  • Performance and Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed personalised KPIs and financial targets, taking control over your earning potential and career progression while reviewing and improving recruitment policies to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Professional Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person, ensuring clear, professional, and engaging interactions with clients and candidates.
  • Resilience and Agility: Exhibit the ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
