About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agile Software Developer to join our Development team at OpenSourced. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and flexible software solutions that enhance our product.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Create user-friendly, responsive, and engaging front-end interfaces, and develop secure, scalable, and efficient back-end systems and APIs.
  2. Code Quality and Maintenance: Write clean, modular, and sustainable code, following coding standards, best practices, and design patterns, and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Product and Testing teams throughout development, and maintain clear communication with team members to ensure effective engagement.
  4. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development, and propose innovative solutions to improve our products and workflows.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Developer or similar role, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong background in back-end development using server-side programming languages (.NET, C#, etc.) and frameworks, solid grasp of database technologies (SQL, Redis, etc.), and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, pipelines, etc.).
  3. Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
