Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to lead the development of innovative software solutions. This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid working options. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with technical experts and contribute to the success of our client's projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Agile methodologies for software development
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to understand customer requirements
  • Perform critical assessments and identify acceptance criteria
  • Research solutions and recommend best practices
  • Create production code and conduct code reviews
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and SOLID Principles
  • Proficiency in C#, Model-View-Controller (MVC),.NET, Transact-SQL (TSQL), and JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and mentoring abilities
