Veterinary Care Specialist

GLG Vets is a progressive veterinary practice based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, committed to delivering exceptional care to animals. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Part Time Veterinary Surgeon to join our team.
Salary: £40,000 - £72,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on various animal species.
- Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and minor surgeries.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Requirements:
- Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
