Residential Children's Registered Manager

Are you a seasoned Registered Manager seeking a new challenge in leading a children's residential service? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Residential Children's Registered Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and outstanding outcomes for young people.
  • Ofsted Registration: Successfully register with Ofsted and ensure continuous compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Safeguarding Leadership: Uphold and advance safeguarding and child protection practices within the service.
  • Leadership & Management: Provide strong and effective leadership, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous development among staff.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage financial performance to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements
  • Legislative Knowledge: Deep understanding of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working within Children's Homes in the last 5 years, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Ofsted Registration: Current or previous registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager (preferred).
