About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Female Support Worker to join our team at Rosendale, a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to adults with complex needs associated with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met through a supportive and caring environment.
  • Support our residents during recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
  • Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our residents, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
  • Work together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Keep accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents.
  • Contribute to general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.

Requirements:

  • A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs.
  • A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team.
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
