About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Orbis Education and Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time hours (43.4 hours per week or 18/24/30 hours per week)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings and afternoons

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate (£11.60 to £12.00 per hour)
  • Annual location allowance of £1500
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
