Project Finance Coordinator

Join Ramboll Group A/S, a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company, as a Project Finance Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and commercial-minded individual to support our project finance team.

About the Role

As a Project Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing financial support to project managers, ensuring project compliance and governance, and identifying commercial opportunities. You will work closely with the project and business controllers to provide variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project creation, maintenance, and monitoring
  • Periodic budget updates and estimate to complete tools
  • Ensuring project compliance and governance
  • Reviewing invoicing plans and releasing invoices for payment
  • Identifying risk and commercial opportunities
Monthly Reporting
  • Variance analysis of project costs
  • Monthly reviews with PMs - providing project status updates
  • Monthly reviews with the Project and Business Controllers
  • Ad-hoc analysis
