Project Finance Coordinator

Are you passionate about driving business success and supporting project finances?

We are seeking a highly organized and commercial-minded Project Finance Coordinator to join our Finance department in the UK.

About the Role

The Project Finance Coordinator will partner with Project Managers to provide project finance insight and support, ensuring the financial success of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project creation, maintenance, and monitoring
  • Periodic budget updates and estimate to complete tools
  • Ensuring project compliance and governance
  • Reviewing invoicing plans and releasing invoices for payment
  • Identifying risks and commercial opportunities

Monthly Reporting

The Project Finance Coordinator will provide variance analysis of project costs, monthly reviews with PMs, and ad-hoc analysis.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in project management and/or commercial awareness, who is motivated by driving business success.

Full study support can be provided for financial qualifications, and Excel skills are essential.
