Job Description

The World Bank Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join its Global Corporate Solutions team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the centralized Project Management Office (PMO) focusing on the HQ and International Real Estate Development and Management Units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project managers with tools, templates, and best practices for consistent project execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
  • Support the resolution of project-related issues and roadblocks.
  • Develop project-related reporting and disseminate the portfolio status regularly to project managers to efficiently track their projects at a high level.
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures, guidelines, and templates to support the work program.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with five years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management.
  • Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in construction projects.
  • Experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
  • Experience working within a Center of Excellence is desirable.
