Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor/Fee Earner to join our team at Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, providing exceptional client service, and working closely with our clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including ELPL cases, to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including taking initial instructions, liaising with referrers, and managing client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into liability and quantum, including assessing funding requirements and liaising with insurers.
  • Prepare and draft court documents, including pleadings and witness statements, as required.
  • Represent clients in court, as necessary, and negotiate settlements on their behalf.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless case management and effective communication with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Basic typing skills and computer literacy.
  • Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • ILEX exams preferred for Fee Earners.
