Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned and prestigious law firm in the region, handling a wide range of Private Client matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including probate, wills, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Communicate with clients, probate registry, courts, HMLR, HMRC, experts, and agencies.
  • Deal with clients in person and remotely, as necessary.
  • Administer estates and develop new work for the team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce blog content related to Private Client work.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of PQE experience in dealing with HNW Clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly.
  • Experience of property work is desirable.
  • Ability to drive and have access to a car is desirable.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent decision-making skills.
  • Confident in dealing with people and working well within a team.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client or team needs and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience of Case Management Systems and Laserforms is essential.
  • Experience of Excel spreadsheets is essential.
