About the Role
John Hampden Surgery is a well-established primary care practice in the beautiful Mid Chiltern countryside, seeking a General Practitioner to join our dedicated team. As a GP in our practice, you will be at the forefront of providing comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare to our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient interviews and examinations, diagnosing and managing a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, prescribing and reviewing medication regimens as necessary.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and other relevant clinical tasks, conducting routine check-ups and health screenings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, participating in regular team meetings and case discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest medical research and best practices, engaging in continuous learning and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license and GP registration.
- Proven experience as a General Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice.
