About the Role

John Hampden Surgery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team in the beautiful Mid Chiltern countryside. As a GP in our practice, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with a supportive team, and enjoy a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions, and provide health education and promotion.
  • Develop effective treatment plans, prescribe and review medication regimens, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures, conduct routine check-ups and health screenings, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical research and best practices, engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, and provide immediate care in medical emergencies.

Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license and GP registration.
  • Proven experience as a General Practitioner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ethical medical practice.
