Team Leader Nights at Llwyn Teg

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Residential Team Leader to join our team at Llwyn Teg. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users and supporting our staff to provide the best possible care.
About the RoleThis is a part-time opportunity working nights, with 20 hour contracts available. You will be working as part of a close-knit team, providing care and support to our service users. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our service users, their families and friends, and with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to our service users
- Support our staff to provide the best possible care
- Build strong relationships with our service users, their families and friends, and with healthcare professionals
- Manage and maintain accurate records of our service users' care plans
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth running of our care home
