We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to lead our care team and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our residents with their personal care needs, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support, and will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a kind, warm, and caring nature. You will also be responsible for coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional care.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about caring for older people, has previous care experience, and holds a minimum of an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care. You will also have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader, with excellent communication and listening skills. You will be able to work well as part of a team, but also use your own initiative to make decisions and take action.

You will have a kind, warm, and caring nature, and be able to form positive relationships with our residents, their families, and our care team. You will also be able to maintain accurate records, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
