Product Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Entitlement Services team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing new service offerings that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the development of new service propositions, working closely with the Entitlement Services Account Management Team and customer community.
- Project manage the implementation of new services, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard and meet customer needs.
- Support the delivery of existing services, working closely with the Service Manager and other team members to ensure smooth delivery.
- Network and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NEC colleagues, third parties, customers, and other organizations.
- Assist in bid and proposal writing, working closely with the Entitlement Services business to develop compelling proposals that secure new business.
- Strong knowledge of local and central government services, with a solid understanding of the market and its trends.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate internal project teams, clients, third parties, and other stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to make considered decisions based on an understanding of the facts and commercial perspective.
- Financial fluency, with the ability to develop cost models in line with Entitlement Services' costs of delivery.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies, implementing robust risk mitigation, control, and evaluation processes.
