About the Role
  • Plan and secure new business opportunities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Network to attract candidates and clients using social media and industry events.
  • Maintain and develop existing accounts to achieve revenue targets and maintain company standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer care to all clients and candidates.

Average salary for this position in Nottingham is around £45,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
  2. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support to ensure long-term partnerships.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
