About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Community Engagement Executive to join our team at Herrco Cosmetics Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to engage existing and new clients, manage and drive our online presence, and create new and interesting content.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Manage and maintain our online presence, including social media platforms and our website.
  3. Create new and interesting content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Graduate or similar with previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
  • Flexi-time scheme plus 2 days working from home a week.
  • 30 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
