About the Role

We're seeking a talented Content Curator to join our team at LADbible Group. As a Content Curator, you'll be responsible for proactively seeking out the latest and greatest internet videos, ahead of our competitors, across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seeking out viral content across various social media platforms
  • Obtaining permissions from creators/copyright holders to use their content on LADbible channels
  • Posting and scheduling content on multiple platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Creatively developing content ideas that resonate with our audiences
  • Ensuring all content aligns with our brand guidelines and social media community guidelines

Requirements:

  • A good eye for viral content
  • Understanding of various audiences and demographics
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, and content creation
  • Ability to interpret social media insights and use data to seek out the best content
  • Experience working with content creators and their agents
  • Understanding of media law
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • At least two years of experience in social media publishing or video licensing
