We are seeking an experienced Artist and Projects Manager and Gallery Manager to join our team. Both roles offer opportunities for growth and development, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities for both roles include:

  • Assisting the gallery's founder in managing artist relationships and coordinating exhibitions.
  • Coordinating inbound/outbound loans and ensuring all paperwork requirements are met.
  • Managing artist archives and databases, including documentation and condition reporting.

The ideal candidates will possess excellent organisation and communication skills, be adaptable to changing demands and deadlines, and have a problem-solving mindset.

The estimated salary for both roles is £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, with a 6-month probationary period. Hours of work will be Tuesday-Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday 12:00-18:00 during exhibitions, with occasional evenings for openings, art fairs, and special events.
