Programme Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Programme Leader to join our academic team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of higher education programmes, ensuring effective teaching practices, and driving student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic planning and implementation to secure our position as a leading provider of land-based higher education.
  • Develop and drive operational enhancements, steering the development of new curriculum offerings.
  • Teach undergraduate programmes and contribute to academic quality assurance processes.
  • Lead a small team of academic staff with prior leadership experience, taking responsibility for programme activity and contributing to KPI improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 6 qualification in a related field.
  • Prior experience in teaching within Higher or Further education is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with ability to motivate others and inspire learners to succeed.

Estimated Salary: £38,500 per annum
