About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Luxury Hot Tub Maintenance Expert to join our team at Away Resorts. As a key member of our holiday heroes' team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hot tubs on our park are always in excellent working condition.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a background in the leisure industry and experience in water management. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to maintain the hot tubs, ensure they are safe and enjoyable for our guests, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Draining and refilling hot tubs on changeover days and testing them daily to ensure they are working properly;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the hot tubs at all times;
  • Troubleshooting any technical issues with the hot tubs and taking corrective action when necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong awareness of what constitutes clean and well-maintained facilities;
  • A friendly and helpful attitude towards our guests, with excellent communication skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • An eagerness to learn and take on new challenges;
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including bank holidays.

Estimated salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
