Job Title: Executive Director, Client Services

At K3 Advantage Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Client Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Financial Due Diligence line of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Financial Due Diligence line of business, aligning it with the overall goals and objectives of K3 Advantage Ltd. Identify target markets, client segments, and service differentiators to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  2. Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of talented professionals, including financial analysts, consultants, and industry experts. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.
  3. Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, leveraging your network and expertise to promote the Financial Due Diligence services.
  4. Service Delivery Excellence: Oversee the execution of financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards and client expectations. Provide strategic insights to clients, identifying risks and opportunities in their transactions.
  5. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics within the mid-market Financial Due Diligence segment. Work closely with our US private equity owner to leverage their resources, expertise, and networks.
  6. Financial Performance: Manage the financial performance of the Financial Due Diligence line of business, monitoring revenue, profitability, and expenses. Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in leading and growing financial due diligence services within the mid-market segment.
  3. Extensive network and relationships within the Transactions market and broader financial services industry.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key insights from complex financial data.
  5. Proficiency in project management, business development, and financial analysis tools.
  6. Experience in working with data analytics tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx would be very helpful as our financial due diligence team works closely with our dedicated data analytics team.
