We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our finance team at The Hut Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and rapidly growing company, driving business growth and financial performance across EMEA. As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis strategies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry or sector. You will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with divisional/departmental leads to consolidate and challenge performance.
  • Forecasting and reporting on working capital performance, collaborating with wider finance teams.
  • Ad-hoc financial modeling and planning for corporate transactions, utilizing multiple data sources.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus benefits, including enhanced leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
