  • Continuous Improvement: Implement "What-if" scenarios and lead initiatives to improve process efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Drive new product introductions and oversee phase-in/out management of goods.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage a vendor spend of $350M USD, ensure budget adherence, and optimise shipping costs.
  • People Leadership: Inspire and develop high-performing teams across the region, supporting succession planning and employee growth.

Key KPIs

  • Cost: Shipping efficiency, departmental cost management.
  • Service: Sales order fill rate across retail and e-commerce channels, OTIF (on-time, in-full), and consumer service performance.
  • Cash: Inventory optimisation, working capital, and management of excess & obsolete stock.
  • Forecasting: Demand forecast accuracy and bias reduction.

About You

We are seeking an accomplished professional with:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand and supply planning, ideally within Consumer Goods, e-commerce, or food and drinks sectors.
  • Expertise in developing S&OP processes scalable to a global level, with a focus on alignment and sustainability.
  • A proven ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and within a global peer group.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive collaboration across senior stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience managing large vendor spend and working with overseas suppliers.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, SAP IBP, or similar systems, coupled with strong technical and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in finance, logistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision in deliverables.
  • Strong commercial acumen, sound decision-making under uncertainty, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Leadership capability with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams within a matrix organisation.

Spectrum Brands offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our EMEA supply chain operations. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with the chance to drive strategic initiatives and foster continuous improvement.

This role offers exposure to global peer collaboration and the ability to influence the development of global design processes. If you’re passionate about supply chain excellence, ready to make a lasting impact, and eager to lead, we invite you to apply today
