About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project involving sustainable power technology, which has the potential to revolutionize several industries.

The successful candidate will be working in our innovation centre of excellence, where they will be highly involved in this project and contribute to its success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Laboratory-Scale Testing: Design and implement chemical, physical, and engineering protocols for testing fitness-for-use/product specifications or process validation.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments on new tests and equipment prior to use to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Project Management: Apply stage gate methodology to projects to ensure efficient progress and effective decision-making.
  • Intellectual Property: Develop and maintain IP within a limited scope of disclosure to protect company assets.
  • Environmental, Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. A PhD in Materials/Chemistry or similar subject, or significant industry experience with a BSc, BEng, MSc (STEM).
  2. Experience with ceramic applications is highly desirable.
  3. Familiarity with stage gate methodology and other PMO tools.
