At Manufacturing Recruitment LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Director to drive the operations of our manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on a challenge and can see the bigger picture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including machine shop, weld, paint, and assembly, with a focus on delivering high-quality products efficiently and effectively.

This role requires exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. The successful applicant will also possess a solid understanding of modern ERP and capacity planning software.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations and providing strategic direction to the site team
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing activities to meet company goals and objectives
  • Implementing key performance indicators and business metrics to measure success
  • Maintaining ongoing manufacturing performance and proactively managing workloads to achieve planned schedules

We are looking for someone with a passion for innovation, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in manufacturing/engineering and relevant industry experience. Experience leading multi-disciplined teams and a proven track record of driving results-oriented initiatives will be highly valued.
