Job Description
We are looking for an Academic Recruitment Manager to help us shape the future of our academies by attracting and recruiting exceptional teachers and senior leaders. You will be responsible for developing talent pipelines, candidate pools, and helping to nurture talent from entry level to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining talent pipelines and candidate pools of skilled educators.
- Conducting market mapping and research to identify competitors and passive candidates.
- Running sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Providing regular updates to the TA Coordinator on the status of open jobs.
