About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the migration and setup of SAP SuccessFactors & S4 Hana Cloud for our new organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a Solution Architect to ensure the successful delivery of this critical project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business stakeholders to C-suite and Senior Management levels.
  • Provide leadership and direction to projects utilizing project management skills and subject matter expertise in a given business area.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise for a particular business process or function.
  • Manage critical dependencies, risks, plans, costs, and resourcing projects and dependencies across interlinked projects.
  • Offer a range of options that achieve the objectives set and ensure business benefits are realized.
  • Make use of full methodology and techniques autonomously for self and to supervise and advise others on appropriate approach.
  • Manage a multi-supplier ecosystem to deliver project objectives.
  • Manage and assure a number of projects/workstreams.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the full scope of any projects managed by Accely.
  • Ensure all projects are properly estimated and costed. Once the project is up and running, project costs are to be managed and forecasts completely accurately.
  • Ensure projects follow required delivery framework processes/procedures and stage gates.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Relevant industry certification (e.g. Prince 2, PMI, Scrum, SAFe) highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Negotiating, client-facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive.
