Key Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students with special educational needs.
- You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and support staff, to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to special educational needs.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum.
- A 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30.
- A permanent, term-time only contract.
- A £1,000 Welcome Bonus, paid in two installments: £500 upon starting employment and £500 after successful completion of the final probation period (6 months).
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
