Expense Management Coordinator

About the PositionWe are looking for a skilled Accounts Assistant to support our team in managing staff expenses, processing contractor timesheets and invoices, and maintaining expense advance files.
Key Tasks- Verify employee expense claims according to company policies and HMRC guidelines.
- Liaise with HR and Recruitment for relocation expenses.
- Maintain the company car/car allowance list monthly.
- Process contractor timesheets and invoices accurately.
- Support the team during absences and holidays.
Requirements:
- Strong accounting knowledge and administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an accounts department.
Estimated Annual Salary: €42,000 - €55,000.
