We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant in Critical Care to join our team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide medical cover for our modern 11-bed Critical Care Unit, which is part of an extensive estate renewal programme.

The role involves providing care to critically ill patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of the critical care service. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide medical cover for the Critical Care Unit, including assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing care strategies.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • To contribute to the development of the critical care service, including participating in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
