Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading nature conservation charity as a Wildlife Fundraiser in Cambridge. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change and inspiring individuals to become lifelong members.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill this permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with the public, spreading awareness about our conservation efforts, and setting up attractive fundraising stands. You will have the flexibility to choose a contract between 3 to 5 days per week, enjoy a set salary, and benefit from comprehensive training. A driver's licence valid for use in the UK is essential, as well as the ability to work outdoors and independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the public and raise awareness about our conservation efforts
  • Set up and manage fundraising stands at various locations
  • Travel to different venues on average an hour away from home each day
  • Work 3 out of 4 weekends
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a company van with fuel and parking costs paid for, 34 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), and opportunities for sabbaticals.
