Senior Quality Nurse Leader

Are you a seasoned Registered Nurse looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic healthcare environment?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Nurse Leader to join our team at Lka People Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of nurses, promoting best clinical practices and ensuring compliance with current healthcare regulations.
  • Manage staff recruitment, supervision, development, and performance.
  • Ensure service users, and when appropriate their families or carers, are fully involved in care planning and reviews.
  • Oversee risk management and ensure adequate staff cover by planning effective rotas.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality assurance initiatives, and contribute to the development of nursing care standards.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
  • Completion of NMC-recognised mentor training or willingness to undertake.
  • Knowledge of legislation within the care sector and best clinical practices.
